Celeste Crocker, born in Newark, NJ and raised in Salisbury, NC, is the youngest of three children to the late Bobby and Brenda Bethea.

Celeste became a young mother at the age of fourteen and as she matured, she was blessed with more children and eventually became a grandmother. Despite the challenges of early motherhood, she never allowed those obstacles to deter her from pursuing her dreams and goals. Before reaching the eligible age for employment, Celeste worked summers with the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) program to support her daughter and also modeled for Belk department store in Salisbury, NC.

Through perseverance and faith, Celeste rose above life’s challenges and achieved significant career success. She diligently worked her way up the corporate ladder, ultimately earning leadership roles in major Fortune 500 companies and now serving as Senior Director of Transportation for Medicaid and Medicare Members. In addition, she is the CEO and Founder of Divine Connections, MOTIVATE MAGAZINE — The Heart of a Woman & Soul of a Man, and the nonprofit organization Nothing’s Impossible.

Through Nothing’s Impossible, Celeste lives out her mission to inspire, motivate, and empower women and young girls to believe in their potential. She has been deeply involved in numerous community initiatives, including Phyllis Whitley, Culture of Fears Productions, Goodwill Good Guys, JDW Productions (where she has served as Business Manager for many years), Upstate Circle of Friends — where she works closely with The Nurturing Group, a program dedicated to guiding and uplifting young women and families — Director of Marketing for Juneteenth GVL, Virden Filmworks, RedSwag LLC, Twenty3ten Productions, and Girls World where she served as Director.

Celeste also uses MOTIVATE MAGAZINE as a platform to celebrate purpose-driven men and women, sharing powerful stories of resilience, entrepreneurship, health, fashion, and balanced living. Under her leadership, the magazine continues to expand into the entertainment and production industry, creating spaces where voices can be amplified and lives inspired.
